Colorado

Regulated by the Colorado Division of Real Estate. Mortgage loan originators in Colorado are required to provide written disclosure of fees and costs within three (3) business days after receipt of a loan application or any moneys from a borrower. Colorado law requires disclosure of the tangible net benefit to the borrower for refinance transactions.

Florida

Licensed as a Mortgage Broker by the Florida Office of Financial Regulation. If the licensee has a conflicting interest in a mortgage transaction, written disclosures regarding the nature of the relationship and estimated charges must be provided to the borrower.

Georgia

Licensed as a Mortgage Broker/Lender by the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance. Georgia law requires a $10.00 fee to be collected from the borrower at closing for every mortgage loan closed in Georgia, which is remitted to the Department of Banking and Finance.

Illinois

Licensed by the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions.
